Cinderella was once known for her never-ending patience and her willingness to forgive. Literally rescued from an emotionally and physically abusive stepmother when she married into the royal family, she treated her former tormentors with compassion and kindness instead of using her new-found power and influence to get revenge.  However, once her husband ascended to the thrown and became involved in affairs of state, she observed firsthand how evil the world can be.  Heads of state that engaged in widespread oppression and murder made a life of hard labor for a single girl seem pale by comparison.  When she met some of her peers and heard about their brushes with death, she came to the decision that forgiveness can only go so far, and to get your house in order, some "clutter" must be removed.  She sought out training from the royal guard immediately, and is now one of the top marksmen--and most feared assassins--in the land.

"Cindy is cheerful, gentle, and seems to have infinite patience, but that easygoing demeanor should not be mistaken for complacency.  There's a fire in that woman that should not be overlooked or underestimated.  That sweetness can win over almost anyone, which is how she convinced Snow White and Aurora to join her in the founding of the OPS team.  And the patience that she shows with the few who do not see things her way is the same patience that allows her to wait motionless in the dead of night in freezing or sweltering conditions for a chance to pick off her target.  Don't too cocky if you think you've put her in her place, because if she doesn't get the last word, her pistol just might."

The OPS series continues!  The image for Cinderella was the first that popped in my head when I was thinking of doing a series of images based on a random tweet by writer Gail Simone, with her clad in black and polishing a silenced pistol.  Originally I had her more in the hit-person mode with a leather jacket, but I decided to go with the sleeker turtleneck and shoulder holster instead.  She likely wears the jacket over it from time to time.  When/if I finish the series I may go back and do some alternate outfits for some of these characters.
